2013 - 2017
Space planning, design and implementation of Apple branded programs across multiple carriers and retailers throughout Latinamerican countries.
Directed the marketing campaign for the 1st Apple retail store in Mexico and led a team of Creatives and Producers who oversaw all marketing communications, while delivering a campaign relevant to the local market yet with a global look and feel. The campaign was inspired in the Mexican Trajineras, which are a motive of celebration for Mexico City residents.
Multiple deliverables were required to successfully announce the opening of the store and create awareness and excitement in the Mexican market. A barricade, vinyl on front of store, direct email, Apple website, social media, local newspapers, etc…

Beijing, China. 2006
Holistic design solution for Caroline Deleens fashion designer brand (Mushi) in Beijing China.
The design was based on a black and white concept with red highlights and all elements were bespoke, all fixtures, lighting and even hangers were specifically designed. The central piece of the store is a light column made out of fabric that changes to color red throughout the day. All brand guidelines were created simultaneously with the design of this store.

Store design and project management for multiple Cartier stores around China. All projects included site feasibility assessment, fascia design, space planning, and interior design.
Florence, Italy 2008
International Design competition winner
This rocking library consists of a rocking chair anchored by two book shelves that give the support function. The chair gives privacy and a comfortable space to read and be surrounded by books. No bolts or metal was used in the design all joints are made out of wood. Won 1st place.

Eric Paris Salon, Academy and Headquarters
This project takes over an old warehouse in Dashazi Art District in Beijing to allocate Eric Paris Salon and Academy
Consists of two main areas, the hair salon and the academy. The outside of the building maintained its main look and feel only being modified by an exterior glass and metal structure.
Mexico 2008 -2013
Responsible for all Architecture, Space Planning, Visual Merchandising, Graphics and In Store Communications.
Localized US BestBuy retail format to Mexican market, including architecture, fixtures, interactive experiences and visual merchandising.
Developed and selected local manufacturers maintaining the brand look and feel while lowering costs.
Established and led all new store opening design process and refit - remodel process for Mexico.
Managed and directed multiple external design, architectural, mechanical and structural firms for all store openings in Mexico.

Mexico City 2013
This design intended to renew the typical BestBuy bigbox design and evolve the standard design know in the US to a more customer centric / service oriented experience by changing the layout, signage, interactive experiences and material palette.
The intention was to create a whole new store design concept for BestBuy Mexico stores creating a new layout where customer service was at the center of the store and introducing new fixtures, more interactive experiences, internal navigational communications and different material pallet to give a more contemporary look and feel and better customer experience.

consisted of a three element design that combines to create many configurations, given flexibility and taking advantage of stores with limited space.

Updated Audio experience to take advantage of new digital elements providing better customer experience.
